I discovered Minted thanks to one of my favorite mommy blogs, Dear Baby Blog. Thank god! Potsch and I wanted to make holiday cards as we felt that is something you do when you are married but with everything else going on we just have not had the time to even think about it. Minted made it all soooooo easy and pretty. They have tons of designs that are fun and current. And they don't just do Cards but journals and address labels and envelopes and more. I can not wait to design our birth announcements here next year. Only a couple months to go. oh Boy!

A little magic goes a long way

I have fallen for the antler trend. I don't know if it is because it is what the cool kids are into or if it because i just want to be my friend Margaret and all her cool effortless brilliance. She was decorating with antlers when they were just something creepy you would find on the forest floor. Now you can't go into a single Silver Lake/ Echo Park establishment with spying a pair of these discards. So count me in Cassandra Smith. You hooked me with you bit of magic to an already fairy tale element.

OOOoooooo pretty funn handmade things to buy!!! Potsch and I are doing a lot of our wedding registry via wishpot. Wishpot if you don't know is a genius website invention where you can make a registry for basically anything compiled of basically everything you can dream of. All we have to do is wander the internet and click a button to add it to our registry. No more are the engaged stuck with the basic bed, bath and beyond. Now we get to actually have the beyond!
That is how I found Fey Handmade and all the wonderful things for every room and body part.
