I love Potsch!

I had a great weekend with Potsch! We went to Chinatown just to check it out and have fun. We watched Kung Fu Panda and cuddled. We went to craft stores and he sat at borders with me and went through magazine after magazine. We talked wedding in detail. We almost made it to a night time carnival but I had photo work to do. We had Scoops! And we had a great Easter meal at Flore. He is just the best and I have so much fun with him! I am looking forward to the millions of new advetures to come.

it might be that time

I am starting to get into my wedding planning now and I am thinking maybe I should start a blog for it. I also want to start a blog about grooms. It is hard to find cool stuff for the grooms online. I am a little worried that maybe I will blog bog myself down. Of course they are just blogs so why not start and see what happens. Any suggestions for wedding blog names? grooms blog titles?
my wheels are turning...

We are not Two We are One

I am so bummed that this poster is sold out. I am just in love with it. It is my ideal relationship motto. I might even get it tattooed. Last night I had a dream I just kept getting tattoos. I did not even think about their placement before hand. I just kept coming up with different images and saying "how about here?"
Anyway, Chris Bettig at The Mountain Label has some lovely stuff going on and, ofcourse, they have a blog too.
read it and see it and maybe buy some of it.
Also, I think you could make some pretty sweet wedding invites/save the date cards with these images.

Yummy Cupcakes!

Sometimes things look so pretty and yummy that I want to start a whole new career.
Today i want to become a Cupcake Baker thanks to the loviness that is Coco Cake Cupcakes.

More Kids that I pretend are mine

Here are some new additions to "children I fantasize are mine". I mean, would you?

More home I want

This will not be the most responsible Post as I don't have all the credit info for the pictures. I am going to blame it the being at work. I get to graze the internet through the day but I kinda just see stuff and save it and I think I will remember where I find things but then I don't. I still think you should see the pictures cause they are fun and colorful and inspiring. And yes, I want my home to look like this.

I do have a website for these next two. PinkLovesBrown is full of fun cool stuff. And she is just the cutest ever.

Mine- almond molases and rasberry balsamic
Potsch- almond molases and mocha Oreo.
I am dreaming of scoops right now. I might even meet up with margaret
and rufus for some tonight.
Wow my blog entries are rivetting these days.

Free Rice for everybody!

I should be working but every now and again I try to sneak a peek on a new website. This peek lasted quite a bit longer than a peek technically should. Free Rice - fun and feels good.
I was also excited for how good my vocabulary was.

Horne - online boutique

Horne is an online boutique with some lovely items. They also have a blog. I love that so many people, companies and store have blogs. It really give a personal connection to the product and the process. I think marketing is important but too much can hurt. Sometimes cracks in the veneer add to the attraction - like a boyfriend with a crooked nose.

My new boots

I got to wear them tonight and felt pretty awesome! I am amazed at
how comfortable boots are right away. Get your self some!

Surprise boot trip

Potsch surprised me today with a boot buyin' trip to Broken Horn in
Baldwin Park. There were so many to choose from. I had the beat time
trying boot after boot on. I must have tried 15 different pair but I
was still in love with one of first pairs I tried. Yeah new boots !
They are just classic new Caramel brow cowboy boots. (pic to come
later) Potsch got himself a nice pair of boots too. A very successful
boot buyin' trip, I would say.

Agnes & Hoss

Designer, Stephanie Waddell, believes "that color should be embraced year-round. It is such a simple thing to lift the spirits and a wonder we so often reject it." You know me and color so it is no wonder that I like Agnes&Hoss. As a child Stephanie was intrigued by an old grainy black and white photo of her Grandmothers two dogs - Agnes and Hoss. She never knew much about them except their names. But their imaginary magic stories have stayed with her through her life to the point that she named her silk company after them. Her patterns are colorful and full of texture as any story should be.How perfect are these as little bridesmaid / mother- of-the... gifts. sweet little add ons, maybe?
These lamps are just stunning.

J'adore Le Love

Working so much for the past three weeks has made seeing and being with Potsch tough. I miss him terribly but it is nice that we are both so crazy busy and active in our life. To make up for lost time I look at Le Love and sometimes get a warm sweet feeling and sometimes tear up missing my man. The images and saying are so lovely. I get inspired and think about my growing boudoir photo skills and how I want to take intimate pictures of couples in their space ala Nan Goldin. Love is so lovely.

I ain't religious but...

This is awesome! I am not sure what I would do with it cause it's not really a moment I celebrate but still it is beautiful and maybe I can just get into the happiness it is meant to be.
Thanks Girard.

Fabic to cover it all

The fabric at Cicada Studio's etsy store is so pretty and girly and spring timey. I want to just cover everything I can. But if I could only do one thing then i would choose my white chair in the office and cover it with the Dandalion pattern. Or I would make bed sheets out of the bird feeding fabic. maybe a lone dining chair with the mushrooms?
Oh, so many options!!!

Sueno Studio

Sueno Studio has some very lovely pieces. These are the ones I would want to have in my fantasy personal office space or in my sexy textured bedroom. In both of those fantasies the rooms are totally clean and void of any clutter.

Fear of Commitment - Answered

Laura Kramer has an answer for the interior design commitment phobe - Chalk Board Vases.
They even come with their own chalk. They are affordable AND adorable.
My first thought is to get enough for the whole family and then each person draws their own portrait. Now, I just have to get a family. hehehe

I am sorry for the neglect

Work has been CRAZY!!!! I have not been able to blog in a week and it has made me feel a bit lost. I vow to make it up to all my valued readers. You are in my thoughts - always.

Pretty Posters can be Inviting..wink wink

I love pretty hand made band show posters. Poster Cabaret has some beautiful ones. I got to thinking "Hey, these could be some really cool wedding invitations. I would love this style."
what do you think? Luckily I have amazing artist in my family/friends (Margaret/ Patrick / Potsch) so when I get ideas that involve drawing I can just sweet talk my way to my dreams through them. Friends and family are nice to have.

I'd wear that

The sweetest accessories for the day. Amy from Melbourne is a freelance designer who is making very delicate, fun and sweet jewelry. She also has some drawings and other bits. I love the tiny spoon. (another thing I have an odd assortment of) Check out her lovely blog as well!
