I am fascinated by the mobile culinaria take over. Thanks to Twitter we can follow taco trucks, churro trucks, ice cream trucks - you name it, if you crave it they probably have a truck for it. I find this new trend just another example of how as adults we work really hard to just be kids again. I am certainly not mad about that.
